By using stitchesbyhalle.com, placing an order, or booking an event with Stitches by Halle ("we," "us"), a Philadelphia, PA business, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Questions: team@stitchesbyhalle.com.

Shop orders

  • Made to order, final sale. Every item is personalized and embroidered after you buy it. No returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or personalization errors you entered.

  • Your personalization is your responsibility. We stitch exactly what you enter in the "Add Your Touch!" form, including spelling, capitalization, and spacing. Double-check before submitting. Previews on the site are approximate.

  • Our mistake. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you entered, email photos within 7 days of delivery. If we confirm the issue we’ll remake it or refund you, at our choice.

  • Timing and shipping. Production and shipping times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the package to the carrier; we’ll help you file a carrier claim if it’s lost. We’re not responsible for delays or for delivery to an incorrect address you provided.

  • Pricing and availability. Products, blanks, thread colors, and prices can change or be discontinued without notice. If a listing has an obvious error, or we can’t fulfill an order, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

Live embroidery events

  • A quote is not a booking. Your date is held only once we receive your retainer (and signed agreement, if any). The retainer is non-refundable and is applied to your total.

  • The balance is due as stated in your quote. We may decline to start or continue if it’s unpaid.

  • You provide power, adequate lighting, and load-in access at the agreed time. We will provide our own portable table. If outdoors, please have a rain plan prepared. If we can’t set up or perform because these aren’t available, the retainer is forfeited.

  • Rescheduling, cancellation, travel, and overtime terms are stated in your quote or agreement and control over these terms.

Acceptable use and content

We may decline any personalization or event request that is hateful, harassing, or infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright. You’re responsible for having the right to use any logo, artwork, or text you give us. Our own designs, photos, and site content belong to us; please don’t reuse them without permission. We may photograph finished pieces and events for our portfolio and social media unless you tell us in writing beforehand not to.

Limits

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order or event is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.

General

These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. We may update them at any time by posting a new version here; continued use means you accept the changes. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
